Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from noreply@m.highfly.dev. If it is not there, contact support@highfly.dev with your payment receipt and we will sort it out.

Try a different source from the stream list (Alpha, Source 1, Source 2, etc.). Wait 30 seconds and try again as the backend may still be healing the stream. If all sources fail the CDN may be temporarily blocking the server, which usually clears within a few minutes.

This is normal. IPTV servers occasionally drop connections. The system reconnects within around 10 seconds. Your player buffers enough content that you often will not notice at all.

There may genuinely be no live sports at this time. Try refreshing or restarting the app. The catalog updates every 60 to 120 seconds. If it stays empty for a long time check the Discord server for any outage announcements.
